• Request for information- all membership related club documents, plan, surveys, collateral material, advertising, marketing and promotion information-AM & P budgets
• Review all Club related membership documents
• Set up and conduct interviews with relevant Club personnel, BOD or Committee members
• Conduct all field and supporting professional services including review and evaluation the following:
• Membership categories, rights and privileges
• Membership rate/pricing structure
• Membership retention
• Membership growth plan
• Membership surveys
• Member events, promotions, newsletters
• Recommendations to revision of collateral materials
• Offer detailed advertising, marketing and promotion campaigns and plan

• Review report with BOD and designated individuals or committees
• Issue final report as directed by the Board of Directors
